Return & Exchange Policy

At DUMONT DESIGNS, we understand the importance of preserving the rarity and uniqueness of antique pieces. Due to their delicate nature and age, we are unable to offer a return policy unless the item arrives damaged during the shipping process. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of our antiques by utilizing top-of-the-line packaging and shipping methods. Additionally, as each antique piece is usually a one-of-a-kind item, we are unable to offer exchanges. We believe that preserving the authenticity and integrity of each antique is of utmost importance and we strive to maintain that standard. As such, we encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect the detailed photographs and videos of the desired piece and confirm their purchase prior to finalizing the sale.
