On Mixing Styles and Eras...

When several countries can work together to create your perfect atmosphere….

One of the most fun parts of our career is being able to showcase our combinations of interior decor to our clients. In this photograph, if you look closely enough, you will find six different countries working together to create a luxurious front foyer to family room image. To the left you have a gorgeous Italian gold-leafed wall candelabra inspiring a natural concept that it strengthened by the Japanese faux cherry blossom on top of the Victorian-styled marble-top table (custom-made in Thailand). To the right, on the opposing wall, you will find a gorgeous gilt-framed oil painting of the inner chambers of the Palace of Versailles.

Moving onward and back to the left, a gorgeous Neoclassical-styled bronze lamp produced by the English-well-known home decor giant Maitland-Smith is seen perched atop what one would see is a black-lacquered cabinet set that simply defines simple and modern. Sweden’s own Ikea. And that stunning mantlepiece mirror all the way in the back? A U.S.-made reproduction of French Empire decor. Anything’s possible!
